Director of Demand
We’re looking for an energetic Director of Demand to grow our programmatic video ecosystem. The ideal candidate should have at least 5-8 years of hands-on experience with buy side business development in the video industry, working with clients, agencies, ATDs and DSPs. We require a deep understanding of the programmatic video space and a track record of achievement against performance and revenue objectives. The position is located in our New York office.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage and grow relationships with brands, agencies, trading desks and DSPS.Maintain ongoing communications for revenue attainment, keeping top of mind of her/his accounts.Create PMPs and direct integrations with programmatic partners.Work closely with our Supply-side development, customer success and product teams.Build and execute business development programs.
Desired Skills and Experience:
5-8 years of buy-side business development or sales experience in the programmatic/video industry.Deep proven knowledge of the video advertising eco-system.Existing relationships with brands, agencies, trading desks and DSPs.Track record of achievement against performance and revenue objectives.Ability to manage multiple complex sales development processes in parallel.Ability to talk to both business and operations ranks.Excellent organization and project management skills.Great presentation and negotiation skills.High energy, self-motivated, proactive, independent and fast learner.Solid CRM skills, preferably Hubspot.Business/Tech degree.
