Director of Publisher sales


We are looking for a talented Sales Executive with experience and proven performance. You are a senior sales pro with a strong understanding of the video ad-tech market, trends and ecosystem. You need to be a charismatic, energetic and resourceful person, with a proactive approach and a passion for success. Our position requires you to have relationships and contacts with direct publishers across the digital landscape, understanding of the programmatic space and knowledge of the video ad-tech industry including trends, terms and technology. You will be joining our NYC office and will play a key role in expanding our business.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Generate leads, qualify, negotiate and sign revenue generating partnerships with a focus on digital publishers.Identify market trends and understand client business goals to determine ideal solutions and products.Create and execute sales pitches and presentationsParticipate in the revenue forecasting process and establish targets.Work collaboratively with an international team to drive revenue growth with new and existing customers.Qualify and attend shows, conferences, and leading events.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or above3+ years of experience in Publishers Sales, Video Sales and/or Ad-tech sales.Strong interpersonal skills necessary to interact with clients, management, and peers.Ability to multi-task and handle priorities.Knowledge of the online video advertising industry.Ability to actively drive problems to resolution.Ability to talk to both business and operations ranksExcellent team player, highly motivated, energetic and charismatic.Resourceful and tech-oriented.
