Role & Mission:

Lead customer technical onboarding: integration, troubleshooting, and training

Manage ongoing customer relationships

Perform data analysis – SQL and Excel

Work closely with our prospects and help them become happy customers

Work with our customers to ensure they are leveraging the solution effectively and finding value in our service

Work closely with the research, development, sales and marketing teams

You should be TOTALLY passionate about:

Working in a cyber security product company & having an actual impact on our product

Using data analysis to identify cyber gangs

Working closely with key focal point (R&D and Operation) & taking full responsibility on their technical onboarding

Getting a wide overview of the AdTech industry by working with a variety of customers.

Your Profile:

Adtech background- a MUST

Experience in a client oriented position- at least 2 year- a MUST

Technical experience- a MUST

Experience in research/analysis

Fully bilingual in English- a MUST

You are highly responsible, curious and fast learner

Understanding of network security is an advantage
